海外配送についてOVERSEAS DELIVERYS
当店では一部商品において海外への配送を行っております。下記、海外へのご配送時の注意事項となりますので必ずご確認ください。
Our store offers international shipping for some products. Please be sure to review the following important information regarding overseas deliveries.
【注意事項】
・当店は個人消費を目的とした配送・販売を実施しております。商業目的でのご購入はお断り致します。
・配送時には万全の対策を実施致しますが、配送途中にクッキー等商品の一部が破損する可能性がございます。あしからずご了承ください。
・購入金額によって通関時に関税が発生する可能性がございます。発生した関税はお客様負担となりますので予めご確認ください。
・通関業務にて追加費用が発生する場合がございます。発生した追加費用はお客様負担となりますので予めご確認ください。
・冷凍商品は海外配送の対象外となります。
・海外配送には商品発送後1〜2週間（状況に応じてそれ以上）の日数を頂戴することがございます。なお、着日指定は不可となります。
・海外配送時の送料は一律で4,000円となります。配送方法で「EMS」を選択ください。
・お客様都合での商品の返品は受け付けておりません。万が一商品品質に著しい問題が発生していた場合は対応を検討させて頂きますので、必ず到着後お召し上がりになる前にお写真を添え当店までご連絡ください。
・商品の品質維持のため、高温多湿の夏季や日本にて輸出入業務が滞る長期休暇期間など、状況に応じご注文いただいた海外配送をお断りさせていただく場合がございます。ご了承ください。
【NOTICE】
・Our products are sold and shipped strictly for personal consumption. Purchases for commercial or resale purposes are not permitted.
・While we take every possible precaution when packing and shipping, there is a possibility that some items, such as cookies, may be damaged during transit. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.
・Depending on the total purchase amount, customs duties may be imposed at the time of importation. Any applicable duties shall be the responsibility of the customer. Please check in advance.
・Additional fees may be incurred during customs clearance procedures. Any such additional charges shall be borne by the customer. Please be aware of this beforehand.
・Frozen products are not eligible for international shipping.
・International shipping may take approximately 1〜2 weeks after dispatch, or longer depending on circumstances. Please note that delivery date requests cannot be accepted.
・The international shipping fee is a flat rate of JPY 4,000.Please select “EMS” as the shipping method when placing your order.
・We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference. However, in the unlikely event that there is a significant issue with product quality, we will review the matter. In such cases, please contact us with photographs before consuming the product immediately upon receipt.
・In order to maintain product quality, we may decline international shipping orders depending on circumstances, such as during the summer season with high temperatures and humidity, or during extended holiday periods in Japan when export and import operations may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding.
